Memory and history controls: Manage account-scoped conversation history and available memory controls.
Conditional image and voice: Image and voice capabilities are available only where enabled.

What stays out of scope

No multi-human rooms: TheirSide is not real-time chat between multiple human participants.
No public profiles: Account-scoped chats and characters are not public profiles or public content.
No unauthorized likeness: The product does not support unauthorized use of real people's likeness, voice, identity, or protected material.

Public explanations are reviewed against the current repository-backed product experience and privacy-safe, fixed demo material.
