Acceptable Use Policy

Product boundary

TheirSide is designed for entertainment AI group chat with fictional characters, private conversation rooms, and user-controlled history. It is not an adult interactive content service, sexual service, matching service, identity-deception product, or uncensored generator, and it does not encourage adult chat.

A confirmed 18+ user may make a user-initiated request for voluntary text involving clearly adult fictional characters, including private text-to-speech playback. That narrow exception does not extend to media, uploads, real people, minors or age ambiguity, coercion, incapacity, exploitation, self-harm, or illegal harm.

Reference and uploaded material rules

• Where media features are available, do not request nudity, pornographic content, explicit sexual acts, fetish content, or sexualized imagery.
• Do not request sexual or suggestive depictions of minors, young-looking characters, school-age characters, or age-ambiguous subjects.
• Do not request gore, graphic violence, abuse, self-harm encouragement, terrorism, or illegal activity.
• Do not request copyrighted characters, celebrities, private people, or branded assets in ways that violate rights or impersonate real people.
• Do not use TheirSide for face-swap, deepfake, face manipulation, identity deception, or unauthorized likeness generation.

Voice and text rules

• Upload only faces, voice samples, text, and reference materials you own or have permission to use.
• Do not upload private, intimate, stolen, non-consensual, or exploitative material.
• Do not replicate or imitate another person’s voice without consent.
• Do not use generated voices or characters to deceive people about identity, authority, or consent.

Enforcement

TheirSide may block prompts, refuse generation, restrict features, suspend accounts, remove content, or report abuse where required by law or platform rules.

Where media features are available, media requests may be limited or refused by TheirSide or the provider. Upstream provider rules remain final even where this policy otherwise permits a request.
