Information we collect

TheirSide collects the account information you provide, such as email address, display name, authentication provider identifiers, and subscription status.

When you use the product, we process chat messages, character settings, uploaded reference images, optional voice samples, generated media, and usage events needed to operate the service.

How we use information

• Operate 1v1 character chat, group chat, character creation, voice playback, and moderated image generation.
• Maintain subscriptions, entitlements, invoices, refunds, support requests, abuse prevention, and security controls.
• Improve reliability and debug issues without exposing raw secrets, API keys, or payment credentials in logs.

Uploaded likeness, voice, and text materials

Users may only upload materials they own or are authorized to use. TheirSide stores uploaded materials only to provide character creation, voice, and related product features.

We may remove or restrict materials that appear unauthorized, unsafe, illegal, or inconsistent with our Acceptable Use Policy.

Payments

Payments and subscription management are handled by Creem as merchant of record. TheirSide receives subscription status and customer identifiers needed to enable paid access, but does not store full payment card numbers.

Retention and deletion

We retain account, chat, media, and billing records while your account is active or as needed for security, fraud prevention, support, legal, tax, and payment obligations.

You may request account or data deletion by contacting support. Some billing and compliance records may need to be retained where required by law or payment processing obligations.
