Terms of Service

These terms govern use of TheirSide and define the safety boundaries required for the service.

Service description

TheirSide is a non-adult AI character chat SaaS product for fictional character conversations, group scenes, safe character creation, voice playback, and moderated image generation.

TheirSide is not a dating service, matchmaking service, adult chatbot, escort product, or uncensored generation tool.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding agreement and comply with these terms. You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

You may not use TheirSide to create, request, or simulate content involving minors, illegal conduct, sexual exploitation, harassment, hate, self-harm encouragement, or other harmful activity.

Content and rights

You are responsible for the prompts, uploads, character settings, voice samples, and other content you submit. You must have all rights needed to upload and use any likeness, voice, text, or reference material.

TheirSide may refuse, remove, or restrict content that violates these terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, provider requirements, payment processor rules, or applicable law.

Strictly prohibited uses

  • NSFW, explicit sexual, pornographic, or sexualized image generation.
  • Adult dating, matchmaking, escort, prostitution, or sexual companionship use cases.
  • Content involving minors, age ambiguity in sexual contexts, grooming, exploitation, or abuse.
  • Face-swap, deepfake, face manipulation, impersonation, or unauthorized likeness use.
  • Unauthorized voice cloning or use of another person’s voice without consent.
  • Hate, harassment, threats, self-harm instruction, illegal activity, fraud, or third-party IP misuse.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can manage subscriptions through the billing portal after checkout or contact support for help.

Plan features, limits, and prices are shown on the public pricing page and may change for future billing periods with appropriate notice.
