Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how subscription cancellation and billing support work for TheirSide.
Cancellation
Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. After checkout, customers can use the billing portal from the Billing page to manage or cancel a subscription.
Cancellation stops future renewal. Access may remain available through the end of the paid billing period unless the billing portal or receipt states otherwise.
Refund requests
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support@theirside.io with the account email, charge date, and a short description of the issue.
We review refund requests case by case. Duplicate charges, accidental renewals reported quickly, and service access problems are prioritized.
Response time
Support aims to respond within 3 business days. Complex payment provider reviews may take longer, but we will keep the request traceable through email.
Chargebacks and abuse
Please contact support before opening a chargeback so we can investigate the issue. Accounts using refunds or chargebacks to abuse service access may be restricted.
